The 7 Most Instagrammable Spots In Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) are a great Caribbean destination that’s not too touristy, or too expensive.

Made up of 32 islands and cays, only nine of them inhabited, there’s some beautiful private resorts and snorkeling spots.

Show off your travels here in a great Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Instagram photo. These are the best places on the islands…

1. Owia Salt Pond

The Owia Salt Pond is a unique and beautiful ocean bathing pool, perched at the northern tip of St Vincent.

There’s small cliffs to jump off into this tropical crystal pool.  Just a two hour drive from Kingstown, it’s a great day trip.

2. Happy Island

The coolest beach bar you’ll ever have a drink at, Happy Island is a rum bar on a man-made island in Clifton Harbour. Literally just a bar in the middle of the water, you pull up on your boat and chill.

Call ahead to see if local owner Janti has any lobster he can throw on the barbecue when you arrive.

4. Tobago Cays

We love these five uninhabited cays, heavenly lagoons full of green turtles, coral reefs, colourful fishes and crystal clear water. They’re known as the “Jewel in the Crown” of the Southern Grenadines.

Explore the marine park by yacht or water taxi and keep an eye out for sea turtles.
