The 7 Most Instagrammable Spots In Saint Kitts and Nevis

The two islands of St Kitts and Nevis are known for their mountains and beaches. Saint Kitts, the larger island, is home to the dormant Mount Liamuiga volcano, a crater lake, green vervet monkeys and rainforest crisscrossed with hiking trails.

Nevis is quieter, but oh-so-pretty. Want to get some amazing Saint Kitts and Nevis Instagram photos? We’ve got you covered.

1. Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park

Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on a hill on the island of St. Kitts.

The impressive stone fortress has canons and a fantastic view of the green countryside. Climb on top of the canon and play soldier for a cute Saint Kitts and Nevis Instagram photo.

4. Turtle Beach

Turtle Beach is just as idyllic as it sounds. It’s a secluded stretch of sand with views of Nevis island in the background.

If you’re out on a boat and are lucky, you might just see the odd dolphin or pod of whales passing through, especially in wintertime.

5. Banana Bay

This is where you’ll find the nicest white sand on St. Kitts island. Banana Bay (yep, the beaches here do have the best names!), is gorgeous. It’s not as busy as other beaches on the island, so you’ll have peach and quiet.

P.S. if you plan to go snorkeling, you should bring your own gear.

Frigate Bay is the name of two bays located close together on the island of Saint Kitts. South Frigate beach is the best of the two, with coconut palms and blue water.
