Situated on top of Olival Street, not far from the Museum of Ancient Art, the Come Prima Italian Restaurant is already a must for Italian food lovers. A cosy space, with a romantic atmosphere they serve some amazing pasta and risotto dishes (including one with shaved truffles!). Their pizzas have been praised all over the world, winning multiple awards, so you need to order one of those.
They start with 100% Italian organic wholewheat flour and then add natural yeast ‘lievito madre’, water, natural salt and cold pressed organic virgin olive oil. The next step is letting the sourdough rise slowly before their pizzaiolo skilfully stretches the sourdough, resulting in a soft crust.
They then top it all off with only fresh, natural and organic ingredients. The grand finale? A delicious low-gluten and easily digestible artisan pizza.
Their secret? Unique pizzas, craft beers, elegant surroundings and an oven that is in pride of place at the heart of the restaurant. That’s 35 craft beers to be precise, an oven that they worked on for months perfecting and some of the best pizza you will ever taste in your life.
