It has only three ingredients (watermelon, feta, and mint) but they come together beautifully to create one of the freshest and flavour intense salads you could ever imagine.

With many people cooped up in their houses in warmer climates right now, this is the perfect salad to enjoy with some grilled meat or fish on the BBQ.

5-Minute Salad Recipe: Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Feta Cheese
  • Mint

Grab a large mixing bowl or, to save time, prepare it in the actual bowl you are going to serve it in. Start by picking all the fresh mint leaves off the stems.

Chop the feta cheese into even-sized squares. Spend a little extra on getting a good quality feta cheese, as it will make all the difference.

Peel and chop the watermelon into even-sized pieces. Do this just before serving time – do not make this salad too far in advance, as you want it to be super fresh.

Toss all the ingredients together.
