Simple Perfect Guacamole: Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Garlic
  • Red Chillies
  • Lime
  • Coriander
  • Red Onion
  • Corn tortilla chips

Start by dicing the chillies (keep the seeds in for extra heat), red onion and garlic as fine as you can. Also chop up the coriander, including the stalks, as that is where there is a huge amount of flavour.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and squeeze in the limes. Be generous with the lime juice, as it gives a lovely punch to the guacamole.

Peel the avocados and remove the stone before dicing into small cubes.
