Sausage And Chickpea Stew: Ingredients

  • Spicy sausages
  • Chickpeas (tinned chickpeas is easiest and quickest)
  • Garlic
  • Tinned Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Thyme
  • Smoked paprika (regular paprika will also work)

Start by peeling the garlic and roughly chopping it. You can also pick the thyme leaves away from the stalks.

Slice up the sausage. If using a fresh sausage the casing will break, so you will have to roll them into little balls.

Heat a large pan with a little olive oil to a medium heat and add the sausages.
