‘The Longest Bus Journey In The World’: Visit 18 Countries Along The Way

18 countries. 70 days. 20,000km. How would you feel about going on the longest bus journey in the world? Get ready to embark on the journey of a lifetime with a new epic bus trip that takes you from India to the UK or vice-versa, stopping off in 16 other countries along the way.

Overland Adventures announced the new jaw-dropping adventure, which they say harks back to the ‘Hippy Trail’ days of the past. The first ever bus trip from the UK to India departed in 1957, with 20 passengers on board. The bus travelled through France, Italy, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran and Pakistan before finally reaching India.

This new bus journey is just as magical, with more luxury!

The bus is designed for long-distance travel, and with just 20 people onboard there will be room to stretch out. There will also be snacks on the bus with a mini-pantry and water coolers, entertainment systems and proper Wifi.

The ‘Longest Bus Journey in the World’ will depart in May 2021

The full 70-day trip costs $20,000 USD and includes all hotels, transport and visas. Only 20 seats are available and priority will be given to participants who register for the full journey.
