3. Pizzeria Via Tribunali

Pizzeria Via Tribunali was the first real Neapolitan pizzeria in Helsinki, so kudos to these game changers. In fact, they’re Finland’s first and currently only pizzeria certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.

It’s a real classic.

6. Skiffer Erottaja

At the heart of this restaurant lies a stone oven, producing “liuska” gourmet pizzas that knock traditional pizzas off the plate. What’s liuska? It’s kinda like pizza but better! It’s basically an oval-shaped and thin flat bread with some unusual and inventive toppings like strawberries, chevre, rucola and pine nuts.

7. Fornitaly

Fornitaly is pretty unique – it’s a pizza place with authentic Italian pizza made by three Italians at a “barn” in Jollas, east-Helsinki. There’s no tables at this place, just take away, so be prepared to eat in on the go.

The pizzas are great value; thick, chewy crusts with rich tomato sauce and cheese. Well worth a visit for this great Helsinki pizza.
