It’s all about the dough, which they prove for 48-hours in advance, resulting in that perfect springy and spongey crust. For something different, order the cleverly named Limp Brisket. It’s with provolone cheese, beetroot relish, smoked Cape Grim beef brisket, cola BBQ sauce and dill pickles.

Ti Ama fires up pizza with charred, puffy crusts that are very much in the new Neapolitan-style of making pizza. Can’t make up your mind which tempting toppings to get? We hear ya. Keep it simple but great with the roast potato, taleggio, mozzarella, cream and chives on a white base.
This charming Italian restaurant is delightfully old school, and has been cooking up traditional and authentic dishes in Hobart since 1994. The menu is made up of Southern Italian recipes with pasta that’s handmade daily. We’re here for the pizza though: chewy bases with plenty of amazing toppings.
