This gourmet burger restaurant spends between 40 to 60 hours a week hand making all of their succulent patties with Aberdeen Angus Beef. Burgers are juicy and packed with inventive toppings, like the Flying Scotsman Burger. It’s a patty, haggis fritter, onion rings, mature Scottish cheddar cheese with a side of creamy pepper sauce.
The burgers here are made to a unique and tasty recipe – a blend of chuck, brisket & rib cap that’s ground twice and cooked medium so they are perfectly juicy. Toppings include smashed avocado and dry cured bacon and there’s the option to upgrade your fries to sweet potato or courgette.

Choose from a venison patty topped with smoky bacon, pickled red cabbage, blue cheese or their signature beef patty in the buttery, brioche bun. The Boozy Cow is a funky basement bar and restaurant that serves up tempting burgers and cocktails in a lively space.
This craft beer bar (there’s over 20 taps to sample) also does exceptionally tasty burgers. All burgers come in a brioche bun with gem lettuce, house pickles and house fries. You can also add on some haggis as an extra topping – do it! It does get pretty busy, so head over early if you want to snag a decent seat for your feast.
Big appetite? Make your way to Bubba Q, an authentic American BBQ joint with massive portions. As well as brilliantly smokey meats and side dishes, their burgers are absolute beasts. The Dirty Donut is exactly what it sounds like: a 7oz prime beef burger sandwiched in between a freshly baked donut.
Stacked high, bursting with flavour, the burgers here are pretty legendary. Lebowskis is known for their gigantic burgers and range of White Russians (so you can raise a glass to The Dude himself). Their signature burger, The Lebowski, is a classic. A mince rump steak burger with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato and red onion. Whack on some mature cheddar and it’s perfect.
