1. Gordon Beach
Gordon Beach is located at the end of Gordon Street and Frishman Street and is one the best Instagram spots in Tel Aviv. Sure, the city has plenty of beaches, but this has a saltwater swimming pool and fun beach parties.
2. Florentin Street Art
The southern Tel Aviv neighbourhood of Florentin is a colourful and bohemian area, with vintage stores, cute cafes and plenty of street art. Stroll the streets, stopping to pose against amazing artwork.
3. Beach Promenade
The beautiful Tel Aviv-Jaffa Promenade (Tayelet) is a must-see when in the city. You can walk, jog, bike or even Segway (!) along the promenade, snapping selfies as you go.
4. Jaffa Flea Market
This vibrant shouk has it all: colourful street stalls selling Arabic crafts and antiques, cafes, bars and often live entertainment. Spending a few hours here is an essential thing to do in Tel Aviv.
5. Neve Tzedek
One of Tel Aviv’s prettiest districts, Neve Tzedek was the first Jewish neighbourhood outside of Jaffa’s walls. The narrow streets and charming pastel-coloured buildings will look great on the ‘gram.
6. Old Jaffa
Jaffa (also known as Yaffa) is the old port out of where the city first grew. Wander ancient streets with art galleries, historic stone buildings, mosques and churches, the Jaffa Flea Market (Shuk Hapishpishim) and the Jaffa Port.
7. Park HaYarkon
Often compared to New York’s Central Park, this tranquil ‘green lung’ of Tel Aviv is a super place to spend an afternoon. The park is full of pretty sights, but the Cactus and Tropical Garden (next to the hot air balloon) are a must-snap for Insta.
