1. Milk Train
We have to say – these are easily the prettiest and most Instagrammable ice creams and sweet treats you’ll find in London. The candy floss ice cream is a like a work of art, with the only tricky part being getting a perfect photo before the whole thing melts.

2. Snowflake Gelato
Their core product is made using raw organic Jersey milk from a Somerset family farm and pure spring water from the Wenlock mountains.
Their chocolate ice cream uses only the very best 70% Valrhona which is a super high standard used by the world’s top pastry chefs. This is basically the Michelin star of ice cream making.
3. Ruby Violet
Ruby Violet creates small batch, handmade ice creams, sorbets and frozen delights. All the ice cream is still made in small batches in their parlour in Tufnell Park, North London, using seasonal fresh fruit, locally sourced where possible.
You can choose a scoop Tasting Menu of six flavours or go for a boozy shake with gelato and spirits. The flavours change daily so you can always expect something new, with creative combos.

4. La Gelatiera
They make traditional gelato that tastes evert bit as good as anything you’d have in Italy. Walking down the streets of London on a sunny day with one of their cones is one of life’s great pleasures.
They also do great waffles and other tasty sweet treats but keep your eye on the prize and focus in on the gelato. The only question is two flavours or three?
5. Udderlicious
They make fresh handmade ice cream which includes a vegan version that is outstanding. They also have great sorbets and all of their products feature no additives – only 100% real ingredients.
You’ll find them in Islington & Covent Garden.
6. Bubblewrap Waffle
Their ice cream is top class, but it’s all about their delicious bubblewrap waffle cones here. They truly enhance the experience.
They make the cones fresh in house and are the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy texture to compliment the ice cream and toppings. Once you have one of these, you will never look at another ice cream cone in the same way ever again.
7. Oddono’s South Kensington
Several shops across the city but we’ve plumped for their flagship establishment in Kensington. Their gelato is so good and so authentic that it wins awards on a regular basis across the country.
