This French colonial “Mansion” and its upstairs terrace restaurant and bar, known as “the F,” became the go-to drinking spot for foreign journalists, photographers and humanitarians following the end of the Cambodian-Vietnamese War. Its fascinating history and charm makes it a romantic spot.
It’s currently undergoing a full renovation and will reopen in December 2019 – better than ever.
