3. Icheri Sheher

The charming area of Icheri Sheher was once part of the ancient walled city of Baku.

You’ll see the Maiden Tower that dates from the 12th century, as well as Shirvanshah Palace from the 13th century. It’s also the ideal spot to pick up a traditional souvenir.
