When it comes to ‘gram-worthy places, there’s endless Instagrammable Spots across the globe, but which ones are the best Ubud Instagram locations?
From urban skylines and tropical rainforest waterfalls to cotton-candy-hued cafés, we’ve rounded up the most photogenic places in every country in the world. The places where you’ll capture travel photos that you’ll want to share with everyone you know.
Visiting Ubud?
These are the top seven spots you can’t afford to leave off your feed.
1. Hanging Gardens Of Bali
Set in the lush tropical forest in Bali this is easily one of the prettiest hotel infinity pools you’ll ever come across.
Get your phone out and get posing for that perfect Insta snap because it simply doesn’t get any better than this
2. Tegalalang Rice TerracesÂ
These lush green rice terraces are one of the most visited tourist attractions in Ubud. For good reason too, as they’re an amazing sight to see. Pro tip: tourist buses arrive here around 10am, so come before then to beat the crowds.
3. Campuhan Ridge WalkÂ
This 9-km hill track is a scenic way to get some exercise and a great Ubud Instagram shot all at once. Follow the signs for ‘going to the hill’ and you will be led up along the ridge and along Ubud ricefields.
4. ‘Love Bali’ swing
Let’s be real – is there anyone you know who’s been in Bali who doesn’t have a photo of themselves on this swing? It’s Instagrammable for a reason. You’ll find it at Tegalalang Rice Terrace.
5. Tibumana WaterfallÂ
This hidden waterfall is about a 45 minute drive from Ubud, but is well worth seeking out. Climb down some steps and through the jungle to cool down in one of the most beautiful waterfalls you’ll ever see. Magic.
6. Hidden CanyonÂ
Okay, so this is technically a gorge, but it’s still incredible. The Hidden Canyon is located between Ubud and Sanur, in the small town of Sukawati in Gianyar, which is famous for its Arts Market. Come in rainy season for the full experience.
7. Ubud Market
If you’re keen to pretend you’re Julia Roberts in Hollywood movie Eat Pray Love, then Ubud Art Market is the place to go. You might recognise it from the movie – it’s a great place to pick up trinkets and local crafts.
