1. Francecso Mazzei – Sartoria, London, UK

Originally from Calabria in Italy, Francesco Mazzei is best known for his Mayfair restaurant Sartoria. Mazzei is one of London’s most respected Italian chefs. While Sartoria is closed, you can find him cooking up Italian classics on Instagram Live such as pizza, breads and lasagna! Each week will follow a different (and delicious) theme. 

2. David Chang – Momofuku, Global

If you don’t know who David Chang is, then you are truly missing out. You might know him for his Netflix show ‘Ugly Delicious’, as well as being the founder of the famous restaurant group Momofuku, which includes restaurants in NYC, Sydney, Toronto and Washington, DC.

You can find plenty amazing of amazing Asian-fusion recipes on his instagram. There’s also insightful tips, such as the best way to freeze a large batch of rice or how to regrow the green shoots of scallions.

Milk Bar founder (sister bakery to Momofuku group), Christina Tosi’s instagram is the ultimate baking page to follow. The ingredients you need for each recipe are posted the night before, and the following day you can catch her live. The best bit? Each recipe includes substitute ingredients incase you don’t have something in the pantry! Her hashtag #bakingclub has started a trend, with thousands of her followers posting her recipes.

If you love sandwiches and mezze-style eats then this is the Insta page for you. Helen Graves prepares amazing sandwiches on her Instagram, as well as flatbread recipes and more. From wild garlic pesto BLTs’ to Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches, each recipe is beyond drool-worthy! It’s the perfect lunch inspo for working from home right now.

This no-nonsense chef is definitely one to follow on instagram. Funnily enough, Frank has never written down a recipe, not even in any of his restaurants. So, don’t expect any while watching him cook! What you will get though, is food porn-worthy photos and videos of cooking from scratch and fun takes on Italian classics. Plus, a hearty dose of Frank’s legendary personality.

Eric is chef & co-owner of  the iconic, upscale French restaurant Le Bernardin in NY, where a chef-tasting menu starts at $225. Eric’s personal Instagram though, is the perfect mix of Michelin-standard cooking with home comfort. He’s doing something a little different on his Instagram at the moment, preparing simple classics such as grilled cheese sandwiches and Sunday roasts.
