3. Vagabund Brauerei

A brilliant brewery that in their own words “produce beers that challenge preconceived notions of what beer should look and taste like.”

They offer tours of the brewery if you want to find out a little more, but the best experience is simply sitting in their taproom enjoying a selection of their wonderful beers.

4. Kaschk

Kaschk serves up a wide range of Nordic and local craft beers, which you can sip outside and watch the world go by in the warmer months.

They also have Germany’s first shuffleboards game (a brilliant skill based game that is perfect for drinking beer with) that you can hire by the hour. An all-round great place to spend some time.

5. Protokoll

Protokoll are dedicated to the top quality beer, have some great limited releases and serve it all up in a cosy atmosphere with a unique tap list.

6. Straßenbräu

A lively craft beer bar where they offer lots of beer tasting options and even have a brewing course. The course is well worth doing, as it is six hours and involves plenty of tasting, some great knowledge and a litre of beer to take home with you.
