When it comes to ‘gram-worthy places, there’s endless Instagrammable Spots across the globe, but which ones are the best Galway Instagram spots?

Visiting Galway?
These are the top seven spots you can’t afford to leave off your feed.
1. Connemara National Park
Explore bogs, heaths, grasslands and woodlands at this incredibly scenic national park. You can hike the Twelve Bens mountains, have pony rides on Connemara ponies and soak up all that Irish scenery.
2. Kylemore Abbey
Kylemore Abbey has been home to the Benedictine nuns since 1920 and is now a popular tourist site. Stroll through walled Victorian garden, walk by the lake and see the restored rooms of the Abbey .
Stop off at the charming tearoom on your way out for a cuppa and a freshly baked scone.
3. Aran Islands
Just off the coast of Galway, these pretty-as-a-picture islands are a snapshot of traditional Ireland. Visit either Inis Mor, Inis Mean or Inis Oirr – each has something unique to offer.
The stone walls are beautiful, you’ll hear Irish spoken everywhere you turn and half the fun is taking the tiny seaplane or ferry to them!
4. The Latin Quarter
The Latin Quarter of Galway City is easily the prettiest part.
Just off Cross Street, Kirwan’s lane has the best of Galway’s medieval heritage. The Lane, which stood in ruins for many years, is now a pretty laneway with fairylights and cute stores.
5. Tigh Neachtain’s Pub
You haven’t been in Galway until you’ve had a pint of Guinness in this legendary pub. Crowds of people gather inside – and out – day and night. It’s a lively spot that’s a must snap for a Galway Instagram photo.
6. Sky Road, Clifden
The road is called Sky Road for a good reason – you feel like you’re flying high in the clouds when you drive along it! You’ll have views of the Connemara countryside, the Atlantic Ocean, the Aran Islands, and the coastline of Co.Mayo. An ideal afternoon drive.
7. Dogs Bay Beach
Just outside of Roundstone village, you’ll find this white sandy beach that looks like it could be in the Caribbean – when the sun is shining, that is. Gurteen Beach and Dog’s Bay lie back to back and are super family friendly shores.
