2. Carmencita Bar
A really terrific weekend brunch in this cosy cafe where they serve up some of the best eggs benedict in the city. They also serve great burgers, pulled pork and other classic brunch dishes.
To make it an even bigger treat than normal you can try one of their cocktails, which are the perfect brunch pick-me-up.
3. Brunch Club
Brunch Club is one of the few places to serve a brunch menu all week long (woo!) and it’s an absolute life saver when you’re craving brunch dishes midweek.
They have a great mixture of healthy meals and also dishes that are a bit more of a treat. Throw in great coffee and this is a place that has it all.
4. Federal Café
A small simple cafe that puts all its focus on simply perfect food, with some super tasty brunch options. They also have great coffee, which makes it the perfect place for a midweek stop.
If you are lucky enough to get a seat on the terrace it is one of the great places to spend time in Madrid people watching.
5. The Toast Cafe
They serve up a classic American-style brunch menu with some Mexican and local twists. The portions are big and many of the brunch classics you would expect feature.
They also have great juices, cocktails and coffee. The perfect place to come with a large group of friends for a weekend treat.
6. El Ferry
El Ferry do a €16 fixed priced menu at the weekends which includes a welcome cocktail on arrival. That really is superb value and the food lives up to all the hype.
The perfect place to come after you’ve had a big night out to cure your hangover from the night before. Lots of great dishes on the menu, but the brunch burger is certainly worth a look.
7. Zenith Brunch & Cocktails
They are open from 9am-7pm everyday and their main focus is brunch. A huge range of classics on the menu including dishes where they put their own unique stamp on them.
Everything is absolutely delicious, but their pancake stacks take the Madrid brunch scene to a whole new level.
