Bubble Tea Theme Park In Tokyo

Tokyo Is Getting A Unique Bubble Tea Theme Park

Love bubble tea? Well, the biggest boba fans will be in heaven with the news that a specially-themed bubble tea theme park is coming to Japan.

Tapioca tea, also known as boba or bubble tea, is hugely popular all over the world – especially in Asia. Bubble tea – tea filled with tapioca balls and fruit jelly – is about to get even bigger.

Tokyo Tapioca Land, the bubble tea theme park, will be open from August 13 to September 16, in front of Harajuku Station

It’s over-the-top, but what else would you except in Tokyo? Just like so many of the city’s top Instagrammable spots, this theme park is going to be a riot of colour and fun.

Tokyo Tapioca Land

And yes, as the name suggests, it’s a tapioca bubble tea bonanza. According to SoraNews24, there will be tapioca drink stands, tapioca food, 10 tapioca photo booths, and even tapioca rides. And plenty of tea, obviously.

The theme park has even enlisted Japanese influencers to help spread the word, and pr-sale tickets have already sold out. But don’t worry, boba obsessives! You can get them on the door for $11.13.

It’s a temporary theme park, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. Who else is planning their trip to Japan just to visit this wild ‘n’ whacky park?
