2. Market Hall

You’ll struggle to find a more unique building anywhere in the world. Apartments around the edges and a whole host of vendors in the middle.

3. Cube Houses

Probably the most iconic and defining photograph that you’ll take in the city of Rotterdam. They opened way back in 1977 and were designed by architect Piet Blom.

4. Groene Verbinding

This bridge is all about the right angles and if you are lucky enough to have it to yourself, you’ll get the perfect Rotterdam Instagram shot.

5. Euromast

With so many canals, bridges and intricate roads it can be hard to make sense of Rotterdam from ground level.

6. Maas Tunnel

This iconic tunnel is how the locals have been getting from the North to the South of the city underground for years.

While it is undoubtedly practical, it also has a haunting and symmetric beauty that’s ideal for photography.

Not only do the serve some of the best coffee, prettiest food and have the place kitted out to look fantastic but the staff and buzz are also superb. A must visit at weekends when in Rotterdam.
