Nix is a restaurant in Greenwich Village from Michelin-starred chef John Fraser and James Truman that cooks up dishes that are seasonal, shareable and highly flavourful. The food here is almost too beautiful to eat – almost. Feast on shiitake “cacio e pepe” with haricots verts and creamy polenta or griddled squash, bitter greens, macadamia nuts & cherries.

You can’t be in New York and not have a slice of pizza. Screamer’s Pizzeria has vegans sorted with their all-vegan pizzas that are big on flavour. Feast on Sausage & Mushroom (tomato sauce, housemade seitan sausage, cremini mushrooms and vegan cheese) or the Old School (broccolini, almond ricotta and caramelised onions).
