They do all the classics really well like brisket, wings and ribs, but their pulled pork is an absolute taste sensation. Not a dish to be missed when thinking of Toronto BBQ.
3. Adamson BBQ
Adamson BBQ is a full service counter-service style barbecue restaurant, where the portions are big and the welcome is even bigger.
They are open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am until they sell out of meat (which pretty much always happens!). It combines BBQ with huge flavour and plenty of delicious and tasty side dishes.

Huge portions of comfort BBQ food that is made for sharing, so it’s the ideal place to come to start a big night out with friends. The menu is extensive, so there is something for everybody, with an encouragement on family style eating.

5. The Carbon Bar
Their unique style of serving BBQ in a high-end setting with small tasting plates and a focus on sharing is an absolute winner. The food is beyond tasty; the fact that you get to try so many different flavours is what makes it special.
They are also masters at pairing up cocktails and bourbon with the meats, so get ready for a fun night out.
6. Barque Smokehouse
You’ll struggle to find more authentic central Texas BBQ outside the Lone Star state itself.
Great brisket, tasty turkey and some of the best meat sharing platters you have ever tasted. What brings the whole thing together though, is the attention to detail of their side dishes. Simply superb.
7. STACK
STACK is a proper bar and restaurant with amazing service, tasty comfort food and a large selection of tasty cold beers. What more could you possibly want from life?
Some of their BBQ dishes including the burgers are seriously good but you simply cannot afford not to try the wings. Perfectly glazed and wonderfully succulent.
