Alongside the Oscars you’d have to say the Nobel peace prize is the most famous award in the world. The Nobel prize organisation has always been based in Oslo and you’ll want to get an Instagram snap outside the main building.

2. The Royal Palace

The building was built in the first half of the 19th century by the French and it’s worth the trip out from the centre. The prefect Oslo Instagram spot.

3. Ekerberg Park

The park itself sits on the southeast of the city of Oslo. The diving board sculpture is the perfect place to get a snap with the city in the background.

4. Holmenkollen Ski Jump

You won’t find many cities in the world with ski jump as a viewing platform.  The perfect place to get that panoramic view of the city.

5. Vigeland Park

With so many green spots around the city you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to getting amazing pictures.

This is one of the best Oslo Instagram spots because the backgrounds (those incredible plants) are always changing.

6. Dykkaren Scuba Sculpture

Right in the city centre you’ll want to prop yourself up beside this slick sculpture which is a nod to Norway’s strong maritime history.
